The Black Canary has been in Starling City for a while now and she’s going to finally come face-to-face with the Arrow. By the looks of the photo, she’s going to be in a bit of a bind in “Crucible.” The much-awaited reunion is finally happening.
The Arrow and the Black Canary will reveal their true identities to each other. Will their personal connection bring them together as allies and heroes? Or, will the Black Canary’s association with the League of Assassins make them immediate and permanent enemies?
And, that’s just one storyline for the episode. Here’s what else will be happening:
- A new villain,”The Mayor,” comes to the Glades to sell guns.
- Oliver hosts a “Cash for Guns” event and it has an uninvited guest, “The Mayor.”
- Sin (She helped Roy last week meet up with the Black Canary) gets hurt at the event and the Black Canary goes after the guilty party.
- DA Adam Donner asks Laurel out to dinner. Will she be ready to move on?
- Diggle is reunited with a friend from his past.

Oh, Oliver! Isabel Rochev asks Oliver, “Is that blood on your face?” And, immediately, Felicity wipes it off and says, “Who taught you to shave?” Aww. Felicity! She’s always ready to help Oliver out of a tight spot.
