During the “earthquake” that hit the Glades on Arrow, the Dollmaker wasn’t the only prisoner to escape. In fact, it was the Count that helped the serial killer get out. In “State v. Queen,” Count Vertigo re-emerges to wreak havoc on the city and Team Arrow.
In addition to the return of Count Vertigo, Moira’s trial begins. Will she find a way out of the mess she’s in? Or, is she destined to spend the rest of her life in jail? Or, worse … get the death penalty?

Felicity got help from a chemist … could that be Barry Allen? Hmm…. He does appear in next week’s episode: season 2 episode 8 titled “The Scientist.” Or, maybe Felicity just knows another scientist….
