This E!News exclusive sneak peek for Pretty Little Liars season 7 episode 13, “Hold Your Piece,” shows Aria and Emily looking up an old foe with possible ties for what happened the night Spencer was shot. Jenna’s gun wasn’t a match to Spencer’s wound, plus she’s blind so if she didn’t shoot Spencer, who did? That’s the newest question of the season, and it seems like the girls are determined to figure out the answer, even more than they are to find A.D. or Charlotte’s killer.
The official episode description “Hold Your Piece,” airing May 2, reads:
“Hanna is sure Jenna is to blame for a recent professional setback and is forced to bring Caleb up to speed on current events. Aria and Emily team up to investigate Sydney for more information about Jenna and her connection to A.D. Spencer grows closer to Detective Furey, while Aria struggles with her current situation with Ezra. Hanna’s turn at the game is more intense than she bargained for and leads to shocking consequences.”
In the clip below, originally posted on E!News, Aria and Emily are investigating someone they used to know in connection to their prime A.D. suspect: Jenna.
Why Hanna Should Forgive Mona on Pretty Little Liars>>>
It’s time for Pretty Little Liars to stop with the red herrings and give us actual answers. There are only eight episodes left, and supposedly every episode will have answers, but all we’ve gotten are more questions. Now we aren’t even sure if Jenna shot Spencer, and Mary has gone missing when she should be there answering all of Spencer’s questions.
Pretty Little Liars Stars React to A.D.’s Identity and the Series Ending>>>
Bringing back Sydney is just another way to buy time and create yet another filler episode, and she hasn’t even been a crucial enough character to waste time on. Mary has, because she shares Jessica’s face and there’s so much about her we don’t know, but Sydney was only ever brought in as Jenna’s lookalike.
Unless Sydney has some actual answers for what’s been going on and who shot Spencer, then this episode is going to just be filler nonsense and all of the answers are going to be rushed into the finale. Watch the promo for the next episode below.
