Although Morgan Fairchild has appeared on numerous television shows, she was most recently known as Sophia Blakely on the drama series Fashion House. She portrayed the widow of artist Charles Blakely, and the mother of William Chandler (Joel Berti). Distressed over the affair of Maria Gianni (Bo Derek) and Charles while they were still married, Sophia became the bitter rival of fashion mogul Maria. Throughout the series, she was involved with devious acts yet was perceived as a sympathetic villain.
After Fashion House, Morgan Fairchild guest starred on an episode of Two and a Half Men called “Young People Have Phlegm Too.” She played the character Donna, a mature woman who helped rebuild Charlie’s ego after he becomes insecure about his age.
In 2008, the former Fashion House actress will be gracing the big screen with the movie The Steamroom. Written and directed by Donald Lawrence Flaherty, the plot follows four guys who met at a local gym. They develop a unique bond despite their different lifestyles and try to keep it together with humor, empathy and lots of guy talk. Morgan Fairchild stars as Sheila, joining David Mattey (Another World, Truthus: A Family Holiday) as George, Muse Watson (Prison Break, Navy NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service) as Pat, Brian Patrick Collins (Not Another Teen Movie) as Sidney, and Colin Follenweider (Price to Pay, The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement) as Chris.
In addition to her upcoming acting gig, Fairchild is also active in gracing social events and supporting charitable causes like the Make A Wish Foundation.
